Autism
Autism is a lifelong condition that affects communication, social understanding, and behavior. Some children or adults may have delayed speech, avoid eye contact, prefer to be alone, take things very literally, or struggle with social rules.
They may focus deeply on one interest, notice very small details, dislike changes, or be very sensitive to noise, light, touch, or crowds. Some try to “mask” by copying others, which can cause burnout.

Child and Adult ADHD
Adult ADHD affects focus, memory, and self-control — many adults in Pakistan struggle with poor concentration, forgetfulness, restlessness, delaying tasks, or acting without thinking.
These problems can disturb work, studies, marriage, finances, and daily responsibilities, and often come with stress or low mood.
ADHD is not laziness or a personality flaw — a proper assessment can help you understand your symptoms and get the right treatment.

Geriatric Psychiatry
Geriatric psychiatric services care for the mental health of older adults. In Pakistan, elders may show memory loss, confusion, sadness, anxiety, irritability, sleep problems, suspicious thoughts, or more body pains instead of saying they feel depressed.
These changes are not a normal part of aging or weak faith. A proper and respectful assessment can find the cause and provide the right treatment and family support.

Addiction Psychiatry
Addiction is when a person loses control over substances (like cigarettes, cannabis, alcohol, pain medicines, or drugs) or behaviors (like excessive gaming, gambling or sex). Many people feel strong cravings, use more than planned, cannot stop despite trying, and continue even when health, work, or family life is harmed. They may hide their behavior, spend too much money, neglect duties, and feel guilt or shame, while sleep, mood, and relationships get worse.
Because of stigma and fear of judgment, many people in Pakistan struggle to seek help. Addiction is not weak willpower or weak faith — it is a treatable medical condition, and a confidential assessment can ensure safe and effective care.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
OCD is a condition where a person has repeated unwanted thoughts or images and feels forced to repeat certain actions to reduce anxiety. In Pakistan, common signs include fears of contamination with excessive washing, repeated checking of locks or gas, fear of mistakes, unwanted religious or sexual thoughts, or needing things to feel “just right.”
OCD is not weak faith or overthinking — it is treatable, and proper assessment can guide the right care.

Depression
Depression is a common illness that can cause constant tiredness, body pains, poor sleep, low mood, irritability, loss of interest, and feeling hopeless or burdened — symptoms many people in Pakistan experience but may not call “depression.” It can also affect focus, appetite, confidence, and daily work or family life, and in severe cases may bring thoughts that life is not worth living.
